Update "Solution Catalog" module heading to a more accurate and action-oriented name
Description
Currently, on the Support Solution Catalog page, the main heading displays as "Solution Catalog"
so need to rename this heading to something more descriptive and aligned with its actual function

UI Label & Heading Update:
Updated user-facing UI labels from "Solution Catalog" to "Solution Guide" across the sidebar navigation (PermissionBasedSidebar.tsx) and the main page header (SupportSolutionCatalogPage.tsx). This change resolves naming ambiguity with the existing "Support Catalog" menu item, ensuring clear distinction and accurately representing the feature as an actionable troubleshooting guide for charging session error codes.
Error Code Dropdown Enhancement:
Enhanced the Error Code filter dropdown on the Solution Guide page (/support-solution-catalog) by implementing custom option rendering (renderOption). The error code is now clearly highlighted in bold monospace typography, while its associated description is formatted neatly below as subtle, secondary caption text.
Testing & Verification:
Confirmed that the autocomplete filtering and search behavior function smoothly with the dynamic error code and description records, and verified the updated UI presentation in the local browser.
