fix Date picker calendar which is not opening on mobile view – Station Panel

On the Station Details panel , the date range picker (Start Date / End Date) does not respond or open the calendar when tapped on mobile devices.

Fixed the mobile calendar picker issue on the Station Details Panel where date selection was not working on mobile views. Identified that the mobile picker was rendering behind the panel due to a layering conflict. Applied z-index adjustments to ensure the calendar appears above all panel elements.Additionally, applied overflow and scrollbar fixes for narrow mobile viewports to improve UX. Verified that date selections correctly generate UTC payloads with IST timezone offset for accurate 24-hour. Tested the fix across multiple mobile devices and browsers. Confirmed that both Start Date and End Date pickers now open properly on tap.
