Bug_001 - Alerts
In the Alerts List, the time format should display months instead of days for older alerts. For example, instead of showing "166 days ago", it should display "5 months ago".

Bug_002 - Ticket Details
On the Ticket Details page, the ‘View All’ button is unresponsive and cannot be clicked. Additionally, the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner is also not clickable.

Bug_003 - Ticket Details
On the Ticket Details page, the right arrow (>) displayed next to the ‘Subcategory’ and ‘Assigned To’ fields is unnecessary and should be removed.

Bug_004 - Assign Ticket
The ticket assignment functionality is not working as expected. When a ticket is assigned, the system displays a 'Failed to Assign' error message, and the assignment is not completed successfully.

Bug_005 - My Assigned Issues
In the My Assigned Issues list, opening an issue results in a blank page displaying the message 'No Data Found' instead of showing the issue details.

Bug_006 - My Assigned Issues
In the My Assigned Issues list, attempting to change an issue's status to 'Closed' results in a 'Failed to update status' error message. As a result, the issue status is not updated successfully.

Bug_007 - Service
On the Services page, opening a service request from the Pending list results in a 'Failed to load checklist' error message, preventing the checklist from being displayed.

Bug_008 - Profile
On the Profile page, the app version is displayed in two places. The app version shown at the top is redundant and should be removed.

Bug_009 - Service
On the Services Record page, the progress percentage (%) text size should be smaller.

Bug_010 - Service
In Services, under Pending Station Services, the 'Mark Visited' button is missing, which prevents users from working on pending services.

Bug_011 - Service
The video upload functionality in the Services Checklist is not functioning properly. The system should validate the video file size before uploading and display a clear, user-friendly error message if the file exceeds the permitted size limit or if the upload fails.

Bug_012 - Service
In the History Services Record section, users should be able to play uploaded videos and view uploaded images by opening them when selected.

Bug_013 - Service
In the Services Record section, the service list is partially hidden/cropped at the bottom, preventing users from viewing the complete content.

Bug_014 - Service
In the Services Record section, the font size of the service titles is too large and should be reduced to improve UI consistency and readability.

Bug_015 - Alert
On the Alert page, the font size of the details list should be smaller to improve the UI appearance.

Bug_016 - Admin Dashboard
On the Admin Dashboard, the ticket cards are not displaying any data. The cards appear empty despite ticket records being available.

Bug_017 - Add Expense
On the Add Expense page, the 'Save Expense' button is being cropped.

Bug_018 - Add Expense (Station)
When adding an expense for a station, the station list is not displayed for the admin.

Bug_019 - Expense
On the Expenses page, cash transactions are being displayed under the Online Transactions tab, resulting in incorrect data being shown.

Bug_020 - My Assigned Issues
In the My Assigned Issues list, the displayed time is incorrect and does not match the actual issue timestamp.
