Preconditions
Monthly Closing report open for a station/period (e.g. Rama's Resort - ChargeJet, Aug 2026).
Issue 1 — Stray duplicate report copy visible on-screen during export

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Monthly Closing report detail.
Click the Export PDF button.
Observe the left side of the screen while the export is being prepared.

Expected: Clicking Export PDF should not render any extra visible content on the page — the PDF generation should happen invisibly (e.g. off-screen/hidden DOM render, or direct blob generation) and only the download should be triggered.

Actual: A duplicate/shallow copy of the entire report (with header "ChargeJet CRM", Revenue, Expenses, Vendor Breakdown, etc.) briefly appears docked on the left edge of the screen, overlapping the existing page content, before/while the PDF is generated.

Issue 3 — Downloaded PDF has incorrect, cluttered/overlapping font rendering

Steps to Reproduce:

Complete the PDF export (StationRevenue_Aug-2026.pdf).
Open the downloaded PDF and view the "Vendor Breakdown" section.

Expected: PDF text should render cleanly with proper spacing — vendor names (Statiq, IONAGE, ChargeZone, JIO, Pulse Energy, ElectreeFi) should be clearly visible above their "Payout to this vendor" and "Calculation detail" lines, matching the on-screen layout.

Actual: Vendor name text overlaps/clutters with the row above it (e.g. "Statiq" is partially hidden behind the energy-by-rate line "× ₹24.000/kWh", "IONAGE" overlaps "01 kWh", "ChargeZone" and "JIO" are cut off/overlapping too) — font/line-height or element positioning is broken specifically in the PDF export, even though the on-screen HTML view (Image 1) renders correctly.

Impact
Exported PDF is not usable/shareable in its current state (data is unreadable/overlapping).
The stray duplicate copy on-screen looks like a rendering bug and confuses users during export.
