Dynamic Downtime Classification: Added dynamic tabs/options for classifying downtime reasons (e.g., Grid Power Cut, Network Fault, Machine Fault, etc.)

Today, I made significant progress on the Dynamic Downtime Classification module by adding a new "Power Failure" option and making all five existing downtime reason fields editable for better flexibility. I also integrated the respective API endpoint to ensure that classified downtime reasons are properly saved against each session. Additionally, I performed thorough testing of all tabs.
